Refund policy
Deliveries
All of our orders are posted out within 2 business days. But to be honest most of our deliveries are posted out the very next day, and sometimes even the same day if the order is placed before midday.
All of our orders are posted using Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracking. We do not use couriers or 3rd parties. This means we can supply you with a tracking code and proof of postage.
Should you want your order posted to you using a different service then please contact us beforehand so we can arrange it for you. You will be responsible for paying for any service other than Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.
All of our orders are posted out using fully recycled and recyclable materials (where possible) and we aim to use on eco friendly packaging by 2024.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with one of our products you can return it within 14 days for a full refund (as long as the item is not damaged and in a resalable condition).
If the reason you want to return the item is because it was damaged in transit then please do not open the package as we will need to provide evidence of the damage to Royal Mail. You should contact us right away.
In all cases you should contact us before you return an order. And in all cases you will be responsible for all return postage costs, unless the product was damaged in transit.
